• The mobile certificate streamlines transactions with a single 6-digit PIN.
• Enables online account opening and documentation submission for quicker application processing at IBK branches.

Specialized Services:

1. AI Overseas Remittance: Users can input the recipient country and amount, allowing the AI to recommend optimal remittance methods swiftly.
2. ONE Wallet (Electronic Wallet): This feature supports remittances and currency exchanges, offering the option for pre-purchasing of foreign currencies.
3. ANYTIME Together (Joint Remittance Service): Facilitates group remittances with friends to enjoy additional benefits of favorable exchange rates.
4. My Manager (Communication Channel): Provides a digital Q&A service addressing queries related to banking services.

Note:

For enhanced security during financial transactions, the service may impose restrictions if any unjustified system modifications, like rooting, are detected. Rooted devices need to be reset to factory settings at the manufacturer's service center before usage.

App Permission Information Guide:

1. Required Access Rights
   - Phone: Device information access used for mobile phone identification and mobile certificate issuance.
2. Optional Access Rights:
   • Address Book: Accessed when sending SMS remittances or transfers.
   • Camera: Utilized for capturing ID cards and scanning QR codes for official documents.
   • Storage Space: For storing certificates and temporary photos during ID card capture.
   • Location: Used to locate branches using location information.

• i-ONE Bank Global requests minimal access rights for optimal app functionality.
• The service remains accessible even without agreeing to optional access rights, although certain functions may be limited.
• To adjust access rights: Phone settings > Application (app) management > i-ONE Bank Global > Permissions.
• Differentiating essential and optional rights is in response to Android OS 6.0 or higher. Upgrading the OS to 6.0 or above is recommended for selective permission granting. Additionally, existing app permissions remain unchanged after OS updates, necessitating app reinstallation to set permissions accordingly.
